The challenge

The brand partnership (BP) team suffered from complicated workflows and workarounds that hampered productivity and potential revenue. An added problem was the dependency on an expensive integrated tool that offered little customization and customer relationship management.

The opportunity

Creating an internal platform that seamlessly allowed communication, campaign creation and payout to brand associated influencers doubled efficiency, transparency and saved the company about $300,000.

Research and usability testing

Before
Research/usability testing at rS was nonexistent for this project.

After
Advocated and provided intrinsic value to fully kick start researching and usability testing for rS so that the design team can gain real-time feedback on designs we created for users that interact with the internal platform.
